New Package Discount Guidelines
Acorn Deck House Company is a division of Trudeau Homes International (herein referred to as “Seller”).
From 03/01/19 until 12/20/19, current and former Acorn Home, Deck House or NextHouse owners (herein, “Owner”) are eligible to receive:
- 7% off a newly-designed House Component Package (herein, “House Package”) from Seller
- 5% off a newly-designed Addition Component Package (herein, “Addition Package”) from Seller
In order to qualify for the discount;
- Owner must notify Seller of intent to utilize discount prior to first design sketch request and
- Owner must sign a Design Agreement for a new House Package or new Addition Package, with accompanying design deposit payment, prior to 12/20/19
New Package Discount Limitations
- Offer is valid on a newly-designed House Package or newly-designed Addition Package that has been initiated between 03/01/19 and 12/20/19
- House Packages or Addition Packages that are currently in process (pre-shipment) are also eligible for offer if the package cost is updated to the 2019 price base
- Offer is not valid on House Packages or Addition Packages that were designed and priced prior to 03/01/2019, unless package cost is updated to the 2019 price base
- Offer is for one (1) overall discount of 7% or 5% to one (1) House Package or one (1) Addition Package’s total price
- Offer is not valid on parts orders placed through the Parts & Service Department
- All design deposits will be credited towards the House Package or Addition Package’s total price
- Design deposit amount will vary based on the scope of work
- The House Package discount may not exceed a value of $20,000 off the total package price
- The Addition Package discount may not exceed a value of $10,000 off the total package price
- All drawings and other materials supplied to Owner remain the sole and exclusive property of Seller and under no circumstances shall Owner be deemed to have acquired any rights to the same. Owner agrees that such drawings and materials may not be used, in whole or in part, for any other purpose than in the construction of one home or addition at Owner’s stated site address utilizing Seller’s House Package or Addition Package.
Current Pricing Information
Our homes are custom designed by our in-house Architects and priced very competitively with other custom, Architect-designed homes.
Excluding the cost of your site and any site work (excavation, utilities, etc.), the starting price for
- a finished Acorn Deck House Company home (Component Package + On-Site Construction) is $600,000+
- a finished addition (Component Package + On-Site Construction) is usually $300,000+
- a carport or screened porch (Component Package + On-Site Construction) is usually $50,000+
- a garage (Component Package + On-Site Construction) is usually $75,000+
- an average (3-bay) conservatory renovation (Component Package + On-Site Construction) is usually $75,000+
Please note that the promotion described above is only available on the Acorn Deck House package portion of the project and is not available on builder or site costs.

Referral Bonus Guidelines
Acorn Deck House Company is a division of Trudeau Homes International (herein referred to as “Seller”).
From 03/01/19 until 12/31/19, current and former Acorn Home, Deck House or NextHouse owners (herein, “Owner”) are eligible to receive:
- $500 for every new House Package or new Addition Package client that Owner refers to Seller
In order to qualify,
- The referred person (herein, “Client”) must mention Owner by name during initial inquiry (phone, email, web, etc) and
- Client must sign a Component Package Contract for a new House Package or new Addition Package, with accompanying contract deposit payment, prior to 12/20/19
Referral Bonus Limitations
- Client may only mention one (1) Owner as a referral
- Owner will be paid a referral bonus of $500 within thirty (30) business days of Client’s contract deposit payment
- Owner may not claim a referral bonus on any Client that has contacted Seller prior to 03/01/19
- Only one (1) referral bonus per Client can be awarded
