A Year of Innovation and Teamwork

As we embrace the transformative season of the new 2026 year, let’s reflect on the Acorn Deck House homeowners, craftsmen, designers, and support staff to celebrate the incredible community that they encompass year after year.

First, the homeowners drive daily operations as they require new designs as often as they order legacy parts for Acorn Homes and Deck Houses that have been built as far back as the 1950’s. Whether they’re looking for replacement parts or to discuss a future home project, the homeowners always keep the Acorn Deck House Company busy.

The craftsmen who work in our climate-controlled wood shop are integral to the Acorn Deck House Company operations, as their talent is unprecedented. The different stations of the shop include windows, doors, sliders, trusses, panels, posts, and beams. The common materials include Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Mahogany, and Oak.

The years of experience the team has building luxury homes in the prefabrication shop helps ensure the highest quality products, while the next generation of carpenters learns from the best teachers possible.

The project team includes architects, designers, and project directors who possess sophisticated ideas for new custom homes, additions, garages, guest houses, & ADU’s. At the heart of the Acorn Deck House Company process, the design teams present concepts to customers, which then get discussed and modified as needed. Once customers agree on their designs, the panelizing process begins by transposing the plans for the shop. This creative process enables constant communication between the architects & the craftsmen to ensure consistency & quality in the prefabrication process.

Finally, the office staff works with new customers, the 20,000 existing homeowners, & the Acorn Deck House building contractors to discuss the feasibility of their projects. Maintaining the architectural plans, organizing the manufacturing schedules, researching past projects, shipping materials & home packages, customer service, project estimating, digital marketing, & print advertising are just a few of the duties the Acorn Deck House Company office personnel.

The Acorn Deck House Company balances progress with purpose. Every phone conversation, drawing, and wood cut contributes to the overall success of the business. Together with their customer base, the Acorn Deck House Company has built a solid reputation of quality with a long-standing, trusted connection with its homeowners.
