How We Build
Precision Built in Our Acton Facility
Panelization is the process in which construction drawings are digitally broken down and labeled into individual components. Fabrication is the manufacturing process of these components in the optimal conditions of our climate-controlled indoor environment, which eliminates site-built uncertainties such as weather.
Our 85,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Acton, MA is equipped to produce high-quality, custom components for each home, ensuring precision and consistency in the construction process.
