This design draws inspiration from the original Deck House models of the 1960s, but utilizes modern features such as a metal roof and geothermal heating, a 2-car garage, carport, and a large great room perfect for entertaining.

Drawing inspiration from classic architectural characteristics of the area, this contemporary home seamlessly blends the beauty of New England house styles with the function and efficiency of modern design.

It features a welcoming great room with spectacular floor-to-ceiling views, a deck for relaxing and entertaining, and a private entry-level master suite. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, a family room, and unfinished space for future expansion.
A striking addition to a classic Deck House on the Cape, our design added a new mudroom connector to a new bedroom suite, with a screened porch and an expansive roof deck to capture views of Cape Cod Bay and the historic Edward Hopper Studio.
